      DDH Pale Ale. Brewed with a simple grist of barley malt, wheat and oats. Spun in the whirler with Mosaic and MI Chinook. Fermented expressively with our house ale yeast and then double dry hopped heavy handedly with the former and the latter. You'll roll in on waves of orange Froot Loops, DJ Shorts Blueberry, pineapple hop candy, hippy grass, and Mosaic is its pure and unadulterated glory.

      New England IPA. Hopped in the whirler with MI Chinook from @milocalhops , Columbus Cryo and the almighty Citra. Fermented to a tiny touch more residual sugar for all you sugar daddies out there. DDH with the aforementioned varietals. Notes of sour Seville oranges, honeyed mango nectar, lemon/lime slushee, psychedelic cat grass and fresh bubble hash.

      Double New England IPA. Brewed with a blend of Pils malt and hefty gobs of sticky, fluffy oats. Bright hop aromatics laden with soft textural sensation. Hopped and DDH with Citra, Michigan Chinook and Columbus Cryo. Fermented with our expressive house ale yeast to our usual balance point. Reminiscent of tangelo orange oil, pungent pineapple, and ripe citrus fruit.

      Triple New England IPA. Made on a foundation of Michigan malted barley, and endless amounts of gummy protein rich oats. Fermented expressively to an edge we’re familiar with. Hopped and DDH with our seemingly all time fav trio; Michigan Chinook, Columbus and the almighty Citra. This one’s oozing with ripe and resinous passionfruit, melty cantaloupe creamsicle, fresh finger hash and tropical gushers. A soft and supple texture transitions to an altogether too easy finish.

      Perpetual Fog is a DDH DIPA, one that really defines us as a brewery. A beer we’ve made time and time again since 2018. Built this time with a grist of local MI barley from empire and a slew of sloppy and sticky oats. Fermented expressively with our house peach/apricot forward yeast strain. Hopped and Double Dry Hopped (DDH) with loads of Citra and the hop that started it all for us, Simcoe. Layers of freshly sliced tangerine, fully ripened apricot, cubed mango, orange oil and those .99c gummy rings you picked up at the gas station as a kid.

      Brewed with a blend of Belgian Pils and wheat malt. Fermented with classic Monastery ale yeast. Laid to rest when things were different in the world in second use French Oak barrels that previously held MI Cabernet Franc. Underlying banana & clove, warm subtle oak, cab franc skins, apricot, mulling spice and a nice cozy blanket. This beer is a perfect accompaniment to a tender turkey, slathered in gravy laden mashed taters with a heaping helping of cranberry sauce on the side, or maybe on the top. Naturally refermented in the bottle until lively and effervescent.

      Made from 100% locally grown (in Oakland County) Heirloom Northern Spy apples from @portersorchard . Fermented spontaneously with only the wild yeast/bacteria present on the skins of the apples. A true representation of the local terroir and a singular time and place...harvest season in Michigan. Bright, hazy yellow gold in color with a brisk and fleeting foam. Crabapple skins, lemon zest and white wine spritzers on the palate with a dash of double mint gum. Deceptively dry with medium soft tannin and prickly carbonation.

      We took our base spontaneous cider and laid it to rest in neutral oak barrels. Right about the time when things were different in the world. Micro oxidation from extended barrel countact has brought forth pleasantly round flavors and a lighter acidity. As time progresses the bacterial culture has provided signature funky complexity whilst remaining soft and palatable. Lively aroma/flavor of green apple skin, stainless fermented chardonnay, soft oak, lemon zest, wine spritzer and natural wines we’ve been drinking lately. Naturally conditioned in the bottle until lively and effervescent.
