      For this beer we collaborated with Travis Fritts, Nate, and the team at @oldnationbrewing to bring you an Altbier we sure are proud of. Notes of warm pumpernickel bread, cherried figs, spicy herbal hops, raisin bran, smacks, rich mahogany, subtle chocolate and a crisp night by an autumn fire.

      DDH DIPA. For this Iteration we brewed two different DIPAs with the same grist of local pils malt and sticky icky oats, yet hopped and fermented with defferent yeasts. Blended back post fermentation to create something greater than the sum of its parts. We took our base OG Perp Fog, fermented it with our house ale yeast and hopped it abundantly with Citra and Simcoe. Then simultaneously brewed another batch of Perp Fog, hopped it with a fresh crop of AU Galaxy and fermented it with super duper Kveik. Oozing with notes of fresh cut Florida citrus, tropical coladas on the beach and a creamy fistful of the best kind of Starburst, Pink.

      Brewed with a blend of Pils malt and hefty gobs of sticky, fluffy oats. Bright hop aromatics laden with soft textural sensation. Hopped and DDH with Citra, Michigan Chinook and Columbus Cryo. Fermented with our expressive house ale yeast to our usual balance point. Reminiscent of tangelo orange oil, pungent pineapple, and ripe citrus fruit.

      DDH DIPA. Built sturdily on a foundation of German pilsner malt and hefty, abnormally heavy satchels of oats. Hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Simcoe and absolutely blasted in the dry hop with the last of our favorite hop as of late, Riwaka. Grown amazingly by @freestylehops. Pouring a nearly opaque bright orange with a sticky dollop of resinous foam. Notes of psychedelic cat grass, punchy terps, fuzzy navel and pine coated peach cobbler.

      A "super strength" version of our beloved Chooch saison. Brewed with a base of pilsner and Vienna malts with a satisfying amount of unsalted and malted oats. Hopped lovingly with Loral and Amarillo. Fermented with our preferred saison strain until dry and snappy. Pouring yellow gold with a heavy billow of foam. Comforting impressions of lemon sugar cookies, spotty patches of clove trees, and those pouches of stringy bubblegum we used to shove in our cheeks. Finishing dry with a deceptive body and full mouthfeel. Enjoy this on a cool autumn night by the fire.

      Wine barrel aged 100% spontaneous cider. A blend of 2 and 3 year vintages aged in French oak wine casks. No sulfites, stabilizers or clarifying agents. Naturally conditioned in the bottle.
