    "Cold" IPA fermented with lager yeast. Dry hopped abundantly with Mosaic and Amarillo. Krausened and naturally carbonated :) Light on its feet, justly bittered, dry and aromatic. Just like the good 'ol days.

    Blend of pale, crystal, honey, Munich and chocolate malts. Kettle caramelized the first runnings by boiling the strong wort and reducing. Much as you would a syrup or caramel reduction. Fermented with British ale yeast. Served on nitro. Toasty bread crust, deep caramel and dark fruit. Medium bodied pub style ale.

    5% Pale Lagerbier. Collab with our forever friends Collect Beer Bar Brewed with Organic pilsner malt from @empiremalting and a careful blend of lightly kilned Vienna, Munich and wheat malt. Hopped with lots of Saaz and GR Tradition. Fermented with our preferred house lager strain. Krausened and extensively lagered near freezing. Notes of crusty fresh baked bread, doughy watercracker, comfortable herbs and delicate noble spice.

    5.5% Czech style dark lager. Recipe from homebrew contest winner Ken Cleary. Mashed with a toasty base of Vienna and Munich Malt. Layered carefully with Carafa, caramel and specialty roasted malts. Balanced in the kettle with classic Saaz hops. Fermented with our house lager yeast. Krausened and lagered for what seemed like an eternity. Impressions of your favorite cherry cola and perfectly toasted raisin bread. A deceptively smooth and balanced dark lager.

    Made with local malted barley and wheat from Empire. As well as heaping buckets of sticky Oats. Hopped abundantly in the kettle with CZ Saaz. Fermented with saison yeast. Dry hopped with Amarillo. Notes of freshly proofed sourdough bread, white cracker, froot loop bubblegum and spicy herbs. Light bodied, dry, with snappy carbonation. **contains wheat**

    We took our OG forever favorite Perpetual Fog base and amped it up with a previously experimental New Zealand hop variety named Nectaron. Thus Nectar of the Fog was born. The goal was to see how including this in the dry hop affected an already known and well recognized (by us) base. The result, we need to buy more Nectaron. Hops grown in AU and NZ are known for being punchy and exotic, with a trademark twang and loud aromatics. Nectar of the Fog is bursting with diesel and sweet tropical fruit, candied mango and cannabis driven pine.

    Brewed in collaboration with home-brew competition winners Keith, Martin and Dan. Made with a blend of Belgian and local malted barley and wheat. Fermented with classic abbey ale yeast. Conditioned on a humongous amount of whole raspberries. Bright, floral and jammy aroma of freshly plucked raspberries. Underlying abbey yeast ester. Finishing with a tangy raspberry derived acidity and a dry, prickly effervescence. *contains wheat

    IPA inspired by our favorite west coast IPA’s. Made with pale malt from traverse city (empire), a touch of light crystal malt and malted oats. Fermented with American ale yeast. Hopped and dry hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, Centennial and Citra. Impressions of tangerine, floral orange and honeyed hop nectar. Balanced on the line of sweet and dry.

    A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that are hand picked and carefully whole cluster pressed. Peach and light red fruit aroma. Medium body.

    Estimated blend of 60% Cabernet and 40% Merlot. By blending Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon, we achieved a smooth, quaffable red wine. Enjoy flavors of currant and black cherry with a touch of leather and black pepper.
