    Local pils malt, heaps of flaked and malted wheat, and a tiny amount of crystal. Hopped and dry hopped with Amarillo, Centennial and Citra. Heady orange zest, clementine cuties, ruby red grapefruit and fuzzy nectarines. Dry, justly bittered.

    Traditionally brewed, cool fermented ale. Made with Heirloom Bavarian floor malted barley, noble Hallertau hops, water and classic Cologne ale yeast. Unfiltered, naturally carbonated and conditioned. Elegant, refined, soft and supremely quaffable. Lagered near freezing until crispy and bright.

    A "super strength" version of our beloved Chooch saison. Brewed with a base of pilsner and Vienna malts with a satisfying amount of unsalted and malted oats. Hopped lovingly with Loral and Amarillo. Fermented with our preferred saison strain until dry and snappy. Pouring yellow gold with a heavy billow of foam. Comforting impressions of lemon sugar cookies, spotty patches of clove trees, and those pouches of stringy bubblegum we used to shove in our cheeks. Finishing dry with a deceptive body and full mouthfeel. Enjoy this on a cool autumn night by the fire.

    A blend of local pilsner malt and oats. Hopped with lemony Loral. Fermented in neutral French oak red wine barrels. Naturally refermented in the bottle. BFS#1 pours a bright golden yellow with a moussy meringue like foam stand. It exudes aromas of freshly baked sourdough, lemongrass and bee balm with hints of red skinned berries. The flavor follows with more focused rustic bread and lemony herbs. The soft oak providing a little tannin to round out the mouthfeel and provide structure. Finishing dry with lingering hop flavor and a dash of black pepper. Rustic, hop forward, dry and expressive. Everything we believe a Saison to be.

    Our quest to pursue French oak as a fermentation vessel continues. This beer was brewed with pale malt, organic pilsner from @empiremalting , Vienna and wheat. Hopped late with Michigan grown cashmere hops. Fermented bone dry with saison yeast in French oak. Naturally refermented in the bottle and keg for maximum tiny bubbles and fluffy carbonation. This beer displays a myriad of fermentation and hop derived compounds. Exhibiting aromas of grains of paradise, dried chamomile petals, rustic grains and peppery orchard fruit. A touch of barrel tannin provides depth and mouthfeel. Dry, highly effervescent and immensely refreshing. An adjective we don’t use lightly.

    Dry hopped west coast dipa with Amarillo and Citra. Pine resin, cannabis, dry, justly bittered.

    Czech style pilsner. Brewed with a blend of floor malted Bohemian pilsner malt and a nice soft water profile. Hopped gently in the kettle with noble hops. Fermented cool and slow in horizontal tanks with one of our preferred lager strains.

    A hop forward black ale with notes of creamy espresso, chocolate and a dusting of floral pine. Deftly balanced despite its heft. Dry hopped with fresh PNW Cascade.

    Double milk stout. Rich fudge and roast with hints of sweetened espresso. Silky body with a creamy, chocolatey finish. Brewed with our friends Stone Clover and their frontman, Pauly Brady. *contains lactose*

    DDH DIPA. Brewed with a blend of pale malts and hefty satchels of oats. Hopped on the hot side with Citra and Michigan Chinook. Double dry hopped with Michigan Chinook. We’re tasting impressions of resinous tropical fruit, hi-c fruit punch, and candy candy candy. This beer went from the trial stage directly to the main rotation, and we sure are psyched to have it back again. An exciting representation of what Michigan has to offer in terms of hops.

    Export strength Scottish style ale. Brewed with a blend of Maris Otter and crystal malts. We used a technique called kettle caramelization on this beer. Concentrating the densely sweet and sugary first runnings in our kettle before running the remaining wort on top of it. Cozy blankets of caramel, freshly baked cookies and sweet cherries.
