  1. Garcia the Elder7.5%

      Brewed in collaboration with artist, muralist and friend, J Garcia. When scheming this beer we asked J, “what beer inspires you”, his response “Pliny the Elder” ? Brewed entirely with Pale malt, fermented with American ale yeast. Hopped and dry hopped assertively with Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial and Amarillo. Notes of honeyed orange zest, freshly harvested finger hash, marmalade resin. Finishing nice and dry with balanced and assertive bitterness.

      The name basically means “comfort in the chaos”. Brewed with Pilsner malt and Oats. Mash hopped with New Zealand Cascade, Mosaic, Citra, Centennial and Columbus. Fermented with a thiol boosting yeast strain called Cosmic Punch. Meant to bring out the thiol potential of yeast to emulate the exotic terroir driven aroma and flavor of the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc growing region. Notes of punchy passion fruit and tropical fruit resin. Finishing nice and dry with a balance towards bitterness

      A Frankish Style Kellerbier. A beer typically served "straight from the cellar," Keller. Meant to be served fresh in spring or around festivals, marriages, etc. Ours is made of 100% Michigan grown and malted Vienna barley. Hopped with spice and delicately floral Michigan Tettanger. Fermented with classic German lager yeast. Naturally Carbonated.

      Fermented from locally grown and pressed Gala, Ida Red, Mac and Jonathan apples. Fortified with Orange Blossom Honey and fermented with wine yeast. exhibiting notes of floral orange blossom meadows, bright and lively lemon zest and spritely green apple. Finishing nice and dry with dangerous drinkability.
