    Pai Pai translates to “Good Good” in native Māori, and this beer sure does live up to its name! Punchy west coast and exotic profile with a nice little crackery malt profile to lay the foundation. Impressions of limey pine resin, exotic wildflowers and a bit of cannabis live resin. Bright and clean with a light body, medium bitterness and a nice dry finish to carry you through to the next sip.

    "Cold" IPA fermented with lager yeast. Dry hopped abundantly with Mosaic and Amarillo. Krausened and naturally carbonated 🙂 Light on its feet, justly bittered, dry and aromatic. Just like the good 'ol days.

    Built on a sturdy foundation of pale malted barley, oats and wheat. Hopped with Citra and Amarillo on the hot side. Double dry hopped excessively with Citra, Amarillo, El Dorado and Mosaic. Strawberry starburst, pink grapefruit candies, fresh apricots and dj shorts blueberry.

    Using Perp Fog as our base we amplified the recipe with a new (to us) hop varietal, Strata. It lends impressions of apricot & peach under a blanket of tropical pineapple. A beautifully soft texture with low hop bitterness. **contains wheat**

    This beer is soured in the fermenter with Lactobacillus and then fermented with Norwegian Kveik in the primary phase. After fermentation we then dose the beer with whole Organic Raspberries for maximum flavor and color contribution.

    Floral pine, ripe fruit, soft cereal grain character with a pleasantly dry finish. Dry Hopped with Nelson, Citra and Mosaic. This batch was hopped and Dry Hopped with two different lots of Mosaic, Citra and Citra Lupomax

    We brew this beer with only the fresh harvest Riwaka we get from Crosby Hops. Riwaka is a delightful hop with a profile of bright and punchy passion fruit, resinous creamsicle and fresh cut wild herbs. Double Riwaka is double dry hopped with Citra, Citra Lupomax, Simcoe and New Zealand Riwaka.

    Brewed with 50% wheat and 50% pils malt. Gently hopped with German Magnum. Fermented with Bavarian yeast while exhibiting a distinctly American profile. Restrained phenols, esters at the forefront. Notes of candied citrus peel, orange bubble gum, bright and snappy wheat and subtle cracker. Finishing dry and snappy with immense gulpability.

    Apple blend: winesap 50%, gold rush 20%, Kingston black 20%, porters perfection 10% Incredibly approachable pub style cider. Lemon zest, fresh minty herbaceousness , low level funk, prickly carb, touch of tannin on the finish. Fermented with 100% native yeast present only on the skins of the apples.

    Made from a blend of Winesap, Jonathan, Northern Spy, Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples. Fermented in stainless with a tropical fruit forward wine yeast. Exhibiting notes of bright, herbaceous lemon zest, green apple skins, pineapple and underripe pears.

WINE

    A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that are hand picked and carefully whole cluster pressed. Peach and light red fruit aroma. Medium body.

  2. Red Blend12%

    Estimated blend of 60% Cabernet and 40% Merlot. By blending Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon, we achieved a smooth, quaffable red wine. Enjoy flavors of currant and black cherry with a touch of leather and black pepper.

    Ripe red fruit, smooth fruit, rounded but dry finish.
