      Czech style pilsner. Brewed with a blend of floor malted Bohemian pilsner malt and a nice soft water profile. Hopped gently in the kettle with noble hops. Fermented cool and slow in horizontal tanks with one of our preferred lager strains.

      Hopped in the whirler with MI Chinook from @milocalhops , Columbus Cryo and the almighty Citra. Fermented to a tiny touch more residual sugar for all you sugar daddies out there. DDH with the aforementioned varietals. Notes of sour Seville oranges, honeyed mango nectar, lemon/lime slushee, psychedelic cat grass and fresh bubble hash.

      Local malt from Traverse City. Fermented with Saison yeast. Hopped with Amarillo. Notes of lemon cream cookies, zippy lemongrass, freshly cracked peppercorns and long strolls through a flowering meadow.

      DDH DIPA. A base of MI barley malt from empire, satchels of sticky oats. Hit hard in the spinner with 100% Nelson Sauvin. Fermented with our expressive house strain. DDH heavy handedly with precious and pungent AU Galaxy and NZ Riwaka. Loads of orange carnival cotton candy, freshly dispensed Pez, melty push pops in the sunshine and fruit loop citrus. Full texture with a snappy and present bitterness at our usual tipping point.

      DDH DIPA. For this Iteration we brewed two different DIPAs with the same grist of local pils malt and sticky icky oats, yet hopped and fermented with defferent yeasts. Blended back post fermentation to create something greater than the sum of its parts. We took our base OG Perp Fog, fermented it with our house ale yeast and hopped it abundantly with Citra and Simcoe. Then simultaneously brewed another batch of Perp Fog, hopped it with a fresh crop of AU Galaxy and fermented it with super duper Kveik. Oozing with notes of fresh cut Florida citrus, tropical coladas on the beach and a creamy fistful of the best kind of Starburst, Pink.

      West Coast DIPA. Brewed with a base of American two row and a dash of crystal. Hopped justly with a blend of MI Centennial and our first love, Simcoe. Fermented clean and dry with Cali ale yeast. Dry hopped excitedly with Mosaic and Citra. A dollop of off white foam, orange hued and sparkling. Inviting aromas of stone fruit encrusted pine cones, fresh mangoes, terpy live resin and some beers you had in 2010.

      Belgian Quad. Brewed in the slow and weary times of September 2020 with a massive and frustratingly complex grist of Local and Belgian pilsner, wheat, and German Munich malt. Blended with a careful array of specialty caramel malts and dosed with a final heap of beautifully dark Candi sugar rocks in the kettle. Fermented unconventionally as we did in the past with our favorite saison yeast to a nice dry finish. Yes, saison yeast. Bursting with aromas of amaretto covered dark cherries, Demerara sugar cubes, figgy marshmallows drizzled in chocolate and perfectly done raisin toast.
